Presentation Information and Instructions
Nama Foundation is delighted to hosts the Nama International Conference and Exhibition 2021 (NICX2021) which will be held on 6 to 11 December 2021. NICX2021 will give you the opportunity to further explore the best practices, establish networking with great resource sharing opportunity that will be a privilege and value to the organisations involved.
Focusing on “Re-energizing Civil Society and Education Sector, the NICX2021 Organising Committee would like to invite authors for to submit abstract for presentations at the conference.

Abstracts
The abstract should be informative and stand alone in its content and meaning. It should include a brief introduction, methods, key results, brief discussion and a conclusion.
Abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to an appropriate topics group (Keynote session, panel discussion, oral presentation). Authors of the accepted abstracts will be notified of the method of presentation as follow:

Abstract submitters may choose their preferred method of presentation upon abstract submission. However, the final decision lies with the committee. Presentation slide need to be emailed to the conference secretariat by 30th November 2021.
Format for Abstract Submission
The abstract format is automated by the online abstract submission system. Submitters are required to follow the instructions upon submitting abstracts via the online abstract submission portal.
Abstract Submission Guidelines and Terms & Conditions
General Guidelines
- Submissions should be sent electronically via the conference website ONLY.
- Submissions should be written in English with a maximum of 500 words.
- Each presenter may submit a maximum of TWO abstracts.
- Only presenter is allowed to submit the abstract online.
- Submitters should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar before submit the abstract.
- Any changes on abstract are not allowed once the abstract submitted.
- Submitters are advised to do proof read on their abstract. It is the sole responsibility of the authors to ensure accuracy of content and language.
- The abstract should not contain any graphics or references.
- Please use abbreviations with restraint.
Permissions and Copyrights
- Submission of abstracts implies the author’s agreement to publish the abstract in all Conference publications including the website, i.e. submitters are responsible to secure any copyright / permissions clearance required relating to any previous presentations, equipment or other material for inclusion in the NICX2021 Conference publications.
- To accept responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted abstract and understand that amendment is not allowed once it is submitted via the online abstract submission system and information provided will be published exactly as submitted.
- Submitters are responsible to obtain permission from any relevant regulatory authority and obtain consent where appropriate.
- Submitters are responsible to ensure the work is original and that it does not infringe upon any copyright, proprietary or personal right of party.
Condition of Acceptance
It is a pre-requisite of the acceptance of the abstract that the submitter must register individually through the Conference website. Abstracts submitted before payment of registration are eligible for an offer of acceptance. However, final acceptance requires registration by the deadline of 1st October 2021.
The scheduling of all presentations will be determined by the NICX2021 Organising Committee to ensure the best fit with the overall congress program. Any requests for specific dates and times will not be considered. Similar abstracts in related topic areas will be grouped together for presentation.
Power Point presentation will be available in our virtual waiting room and will be the primary resource available for oral presentations.
Only the presenting authors attending will receive an e–certificate of presentation. No e–certificate will be given to absent presenters/attendees.
All authors must virtually attend the conference at least on the day of their presentation. Acceptance of abstracts does not imply any payment by the Conference Committee. Authors must arrange and pay for their multimedia, graphic work, etc for their presentation at the Conference.
All decisions of the NICX2021 Organising Committee are final.
